All of Al-Qaswaa’s recent projects have occurred in Iraq, spanning the nation from north to south. Its diverse portfolio encompasses industrial, environmental, and residential projects. Al-Qaswaa has the financial capability to implement any project, and it invests in land, property, and in building and selling residential units. Serving governmental and commercial customers, our projects help develop local economies and communities. During its early stages, Al-Qaswaa supported prime western contractors, providing them with technical knowledge and local insight while they provided Al-Qaswaa with connections to federal contracting agencies as well as guidance in stringent safety and quality procedures. Al-Qaswaa has grown from being a subcontractor to becoming a major contractor on a governmental scale and a world-class industry leader. In direct contact with US governments, Al-Qaswaa has bridged the gap, working to rebuild Iraq’s infrastructure and serve its people. Following the conclusion of its reconstruction contracts, Al-Qaswaa collaborates with Iraqi ministries to train governmental cadres, from engineers to personnel and management, in project usage and maintenance.
